Our product is the result of providing  best Australian and Uruguayan Wagyu genetics on cattle raised in the renowned natural pastures of Uruguay, fattened and finished with special Feedlot diets. 

It encompasses a product of the highest quality and consistency, which is exported from Uruguay to the most demanding world markets.

The geographic location, its climate and moderate temperatures, technical expertise, and a rodeo of mostly Angus and Hereford, allow livestock to be kept outdoors throughout the year and produce a wide range of highest quality meat.
