Our live stock is brought up and fattened in an open air environment, in the natural green pastures of Uruguay by carefully selected producers. Fresh air, pure water, sun and grass are the main ingredients used in breeding our Wagyu cattle.
Our Wagyu cattle are grown on grass and feedlot fattened, following a strict natural feeding protocol in order to preserve the health, quality and aspect of our beef, considering the following attributes:
